South Garden B & B, our Harrison Hot Springs Bed and Breakfast will be serving a romantic dinner for two for our guests staying November 19 and 20, 2010.  Amy, who presents her incredible culinary results on her “Hungry Teacher” website will celebrate her expertise with us by serving up a delicious meal.  Thus far the potential menu for the evening includes:       

     Plated Appetizer (smoked salmon)

     Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Boursin Cheese and Prosciutto in a Balsamic Reduction

     Herb Roasted Potatoes and in-season Vegetable

    Chocolate Volcanoes with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, drizzled with Raspbetter Coulis

Remember, as of now, Limbert Mountain Herb Farm has openings for the BBQ Nite, Thursday, Aug 12.  Dinner is experienced in a cozy dining room overlooking the gorgeous Fraser Valley country side.  Both the Meadow Suite and the Cedars Cottage are available for the one evening.
