Amy, who presents her incredible culinary results on her “Hungry Teacher” website will celebrate her expertise with us by serving up a delicious meal. Thus far the potential menu for the evening includes:
Plated Appetizer (smoked salmon)
Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Boursin Cheese and Prosciutto in a Balsamic Reduction
Herb Roasted Potatoes and in-season Vegetable
Chocolate Volcanoes with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, drizzled with Raspbetter Coulis
